Eligibility (Summary)

  • Education: At least 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Sciences, or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized university.​
  • Experience: Significant post-qualification experience in senior management roles handling large-scale public sector or donor-funded projects, preferably in the IT or technology sector.​
  • Project background: Exposure to PSDP/ADP or other government development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.​
  • Skills: Strong leadership, project management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, reporting, and the ability to oversee multiple technical and administrative teams.​

Main Responsibilities (Overview)

  • Lead planning and execution of assigned PSEB projects in line with government and PSDP requirements.​
  • Coordinate with ministries, public sector organizations, and industry stakeholders for smooth project implementation.​
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones, financial management, and compliance with relevant rules and procedures.​
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.​
