Eligibility Criteria (Summary)

Education: Minimum 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Sciences, or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience: Strong post-qualification experience in senior management roles handling large-scale public sector or donor-funded projects, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

Project background: Practical exposure to PSDP/ADP or other government development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Skills: Proven leadership, project management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, reporting, and ability to manage multiple technical and administrative teams.
Main Responsibilities (Overview)

Lead planning and execution of assigned PSEB projects in line with government and PSDP requirements.

Coordinate with ministries, public sector organizations, and industry stakeholders for smooth project implementation.

Ensure timely achievement of project milestones, sound financial management, and compliance with relevant rules and procedures.

Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
