Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:​
Any one of the following:

  • PhD in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Management Science, Computer Science, Data Science or any other relevant subject from an HEC recognized institution with at least 3 years relevant professional experience.​

  • Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management Science, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or any other relevant subject from an HEC recognized institution with at least 5 years relevant professional experience.​

  • Member of an IFAC (International Federation of Accountants) body (CA/CPA/ICMA etc.) with at least 5 years relevant professional experience.​

Experience Requirements:​

  • Relevant experience preferably in large national or multinational corporate organizations or public sector entities.​

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of commercial state-owned entities (companies established under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017) as mentioned in the SOEs Act 2023.​

  • Maintain and analyze the record of annual reports and financial statements of all commercial SOEs of the Federal Government.​

  • Act as custodian of a comprehensive database needed for monitoring and analysis of performance of non-commercial SOEs of the Federal Government.​

  • Perform any other responsibility assigned by the Competent Authority.​
