Eligibility Criteria (Summary)

  • Education: Minimum 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Sciences, or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: Strong post-qualification experience in senior management roles handling large-scale public sector or donor-funded projects, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

  • Project background: Practical exposure to PSDP/ADP or other government development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Skills: Proven leadership, project management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, reporting, and ability to manage multiple technical and administrative teams.


Main Responsibilities (Overview)

  • Lead planning and execution of assigned PSEB projects in line with government and PSDP requirements.

  • Coordinate with ministries, public sector organizations, and industry stakeholders for smooth project implementation.

  • Ensure timely achievement of project milestones, sound financial management, and compliance with relevant rules and procedures.

  • Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
