Eligibility (Summary)
- Education: At least 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Sciences, or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Significant post-qualification experience in senior management roles handling large-scale public sector or donor-funded projects, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Project background: Exposure to PSDP/ADP or other government development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, reporting, and the ability to oversee multiple technical and administrative teams.
Main Responsibilities (Overview)
- Lead planning and execution of assigned PSEB projects in line with government and PSDP requirements.
- Coordinate with ministries, public sector organizations, and industry stakeholders for smooth project implementation.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones, financial management, and compliance with relevant rules and procedures.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
