  • Qualification
  • Minimum 16 years of education required.

  • Degree must be in one of the following disciplines:

    • Computer Science

    • Computer Engineering

    • Information Technology

    • Management / Project Management

    • Public Administration

    • Business Administration

    • Social Sciences

    • Economics

    • MBA / BBA (Finance)

  • Degree must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.[njp.gov]​

  • Experience and Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification professional experience, preferably in project implementation and IT-related assignments.

  • 3–5 years’ experience as Project Assistant or in a similar project coordination role will be preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail, high-quality work standards, and timely completion of deliverables.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office Suite and project management software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

  • Good understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve issues in a timely manner.[njp.gov]​

  • Accounts and Finance Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation and management of program/project budgets, financial forecasts, and financial planning.

  • Monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to budget guidelines and financial policies.

  • Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Manage financial transactions (payments, invoicing, expense tracking) and maintain accurate records (ledgers, journals, accounts payable/receivable).

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant financial regulations, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues.

  • Provide financial analysis to support management decisions and prepare documentation for audits and compliance reporting.

  • Manage vendor contracts, payments, and performance reviews, ensure timely payments and cost-efficiency, and strengthen internal financial controls and financial risk management.[njp.gov]​
